General rules for publication
‘Dyskursy Młodych Andragogów/Adult Education Discourses’ accepts for publication only original texts that have not been published before, either in whole or in part, and that have not been submitted for publication in any other journal.
Before the texts are sent to review they are forwarded to the thematic editors (chapter editors) who in collaboration with the editor-in-chief pre-qualify the texts. They may reject the article if it: 1) does not correspond with the profile of the journal; 2) does not meet the editorial and technical requirements specified for ‘AED’; 3) does not meet the substantive and methodological requirements of a scientific text.
Editors may also ask to adjust the text to the requirements applicable to "AED" and decide if it qualifies for review.
Texts that have received a favorable opinion from two external reviewers are eligible for publication.
Texts that have received a negative review are not accepted for publication.
In a situation where the text have received two extremely different reviews, including one negative, the editors may decide to appoint a third reviewer.
An article, whose publication is dependent upon the consideration of a reviewer’s suggestions is published if the author implements the proposed changes. The author is asked to reply to the review. The editor decides on the publication of the text.
The editors reserve the right to introduce abbreviations and corrections in the text.
Papers should be submitted via the Open Journal System, which you can register/log in to via the journal's website (see Article submission).
Honesty and reliability in scientific activity are treated as a priority by the editors (see Publication Ethics).
Authors do not receive royalties for publishing a text.
